Orders
  • What if the item I want is sold out?
If the item you want is sold out, please write to us at customerservice@threadly.us There’s a chance we may get the product back in stock, however, we’ll do all we can to accommodate your requests.
  • How can I change my order?

You can send changes to customerservice@threadly.us. We will be happy to make changes to your order as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. And then, of course, we'll figure something out.

  • How can I check the status of my web order?

You can check the status of your order by contacting us at customerservice@threadly.us. We try our best to respond within 24 hours.

    Shipping
      • Where do you ship from?

      Orders are processed and shipped from our store in Nashville, TN.

      • Do you ship internationally?

      We do. It's $30 for Canada and Mexico. We ship to the rest of the world for $65 flat rate. Express shipping is available domestically for $30. Please note international orders may take some additional time to be processed.

      International customers are responsible for both incoming and outgoing shipping costs, duties, customs fees, and taxes on all orders, returns & exchanges.

      • What is your shipping and handling policy?
      We offer free shipping via USPS for domestic orders over $150.  For orders under $150, we charge a shipping & handling fee of $6.00. It's $30 for Canada and Mexico. We ship to the rest of the world for $65 flat rate. Express shipping is available domestically for $30.
      We do not ship to multiple addresses per order. Orders received on weekends, holidays, and after 12:00 noon CST will be processed the next business day. 
      Express orders will be expedited wherever possible, and typically ship same day when orders are placed before 12:00 CST Monday through Friday. ThreadlyUs cannot guarantee delivery times, once the product has shipped.
        Returns & Exchanges
          • What is your exchange policy? How do I make an exchange?
          If for any reason you would like to exchange the item or items you've purchased from threadly.us, please email customerservice@threadly.us
          International customers are responsible for both incoming and outgoing shipping costs, duties, customs fees, and taxes on exchanged items.
          Once you've initiated your exchange and received your shipping label, please send your merchandise (free from wear, stains, odor, or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new) back to us within 30 days of the date you placed your order.
          • What is your return policy? How do I return an item?
          If for any reason you would like to return the item(s) you've purchased, we offer free returns for up to 30-days from the purchase date. Just send us an email and we will send you a printable return label. 
          International customers are responsible for both incoming and outgoing shipping costs, duties, customs fees, and taxes on returned items.
          Once you've initiated your exchange and received your shipping label, please send your merchandise (free from wear, stains, odor, or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new) back to ThreadlyUs within 30 days of the date you placed your order.
          Upon receipt of your returned goods, we'll handle your return or exchange as requested. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment minus applicable shipping fees.

              Wash Our Clothes (Like Your Mom Would)
              • Cold wash and tumble dry-low are standards for all our products. However, we recommend a couple of additional steps to extend the life and color of some of our best products. Try to wash our high-quality denim products solely with other denim products. Overall, we encourage grouping like fabrics to increase the life and quality of their intended feel and fit.

                         Pro Tip: turn denim products inside out to increase colorfastness).
